We hope you love your items. However, we understand that a return will happen occasionally and therefore we offer an easy return process.

Eligible returned merchandise items will ONLY be accepted for store credit. We do not issue refunds or process exchanges. NO REFUNDS will be given unless the item is not in stock at the moment of purchase in which case, we will contact the customer to inform them via email. 

Packages returned to us:

Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please be sure to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid through PayPal. Failure to do so within one weeks time will result in order cancellation less the shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Eligible Items for Return

* Please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

*Items must be mailed back to us and received at Curvy Girl Style Boutique within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions, only after receiving a return approval. 

*Returned items must have original tags attached to merchandise. No signs of being used, worn or/and washed. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains and/or odors will be shipped back to you and subject to additional shipping cost.

*Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

*We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping method to protect and ensure your returned items reach us. We are not liable for lost returns. Please ship items back including your name, email, phone number, and address inside the package. 

*Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not accept the item back. 

*If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

*CLEARANCE, ALL WHITE AND CREAM CLOTHING, LEGGINGS, ACCESSORIES, ITEMS MARKED WITH NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON THESE ITEMS. 

Return Policy  

*We accept returns for store credit within 3 business days from the date the item was received.

*All returns will be issued in the form of a store credit - no exceptions.

*10% restocking fee will be charged.

*Original Shipping Charges are non refundable.

*Buyer pays for return shipping.

*Please allow 2-5 business days once package is received for return to be processed.

*We will send you an email confirmation once the item has been received and your store credit has been processed. 

Exchanges

Due to order volume and high risks of sellouts we are NOT able to process exchanges.

*All purchases made with store credit or exchanges are final sale.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

All items are carefully inspected and approved before being sent to you. Should you find that you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via email, within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). 

Store Credit Terms:

Issued store credits are in the form of coupon codes. Please treat codes like cash. The codes are good for one time use and must be used in its entirety before shipping and handling cost. Store credits can NOT be used in conjunction with a discount or coupon code. This code is not redeemable for cash or able to be transferred. All purchases made with a store credit are FINAL.
